Ingredients

Dough:

  • 4 eggs

  • 2,5 dl sugar

  • 200 g butter

  • 2 dl milk

  • 5 dl flour

  • 0,5 dl dark cocoa powder

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Frosting:

  • 75g butter

  • 0,75dl brewed coffee

  • 4dl icing sugar

  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar

Extra:

  • a lot of sprinkles

Preparation

Dough

1. Whisk room temperature eggs and sugar into thick foam

2. Melt the butter, and add milk to it

3. Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl

4. Mix buttermilk into the foam, and after that sift dry ingredients into the wet mix, STIR SOFTLY SO EVERYTHING GETS MIXED BUT DON'T WHISK!!!

5. Pour the mix onto an oven pan

6. Bake in the middle part of the oven at 200 Celsius for about 15 minutes


Frosting

1. Melt the butter in a pot

2. Add the brewed coffee to the butter

3. Sift the rest of the ingredients into the mix, and stir well


When the baking comes from the oven let it cool down on the table for a while before pouring the hot/warm frosting onto it so it covers the whole dough.

If you want, add colourful sprinkles on top of the frosting. Let the thing cool down until the frosting isn't liquid anymore.

Cut into fine-sized pieces and enjoy.
