Sponge Cake with Canned Peaches

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 20 dkg granulated sugar

  • 25 dkg flour

  • 2 dcl oil

  • 6 g baking powder

Preparation

  1. Whisk egg yolks, sugar, and 5 teaspoons of warm water with a hand mixer. 


  2. Next, add oil and whisk again. Beat egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture. Then add flour and baking powder. 


  3. Pour the mixture into approx 37x25 (idk the big one) cm tin and put canned peaches (or whatever fruit you like) on top. 


  4. Bake it at 180 °C approx 10 min.
