Ingredients

Dough:

  • 120 g flour

  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

  • 70 ml water

Filling:

  • 1 chicken breast

  • green onion

  • fresh ginger

  • soy sauce

  • garlic

  • sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Dough:

    Mix everything, knead the dough, and let it chill in the fridge. After approx. 30 min. pull it out and make small circles.


  2. Mix diced chicken, chopped green onion, garlic, grated ginger, roasted sesame seeds, approx. 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and pepper. Wrap the mixture in the dough circles and let it cook in steam for 10 mins.
