Ingredients

  • 110 g butter

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup

  • 4 teaspoons cocoa

  • 225 g biscuits crushed

  • 1 handful raisins

  • 225 g cooking chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, syrup, and cocoa. Add the biscuits and raisins when melted. Stir to combine. 


  2. Pour the mixture into a Swiss roll-sized tin and press down. Melt the cooking chocolate and pour over the mixture in the tin. 


  3. Put the tin into the fridge and let it sit for 1 hour. To serve, cut into 20 pieces.
