Matcha Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups + 2 Tbsp | 276g all purpose Flour 

  • 1 Tbsp | 6g Matcha (sifted)

  • ¾ tsp Salt (I use ¼ though, so do what you prefer)

  • ¾ tsp baking powder

Mix together 


In a separate bowl:

  • ½ cup | 100g white sugar

  • ½ cup | 100g brown sugar

  • ¾ cup | 157g soft butter

  • Then add 1 tbsp Vanilla and 1 egg (don't overmix)


  • ½ cup | 100g chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F | 180C


  2. Mix together the dry ingredients and in a separate bowl the liquid ingredients. 


  3. Mix in ½ cup | 100g chocolate of your preference.


  4. Form the dough to about 1,5 to 2 Tbsp sized balls If you have a reliable oven put the cookies in the oven for 8 mins (max 11). They should look slightly undercooked!
