Ingredients
2 Cups + 2 Tbsp | 276g all purpose Flour
1 Tbsp | 6g Matcha (sifted)
¾ tsp Salt (I use ¼ though, so do what you prefer)
¾ tsp baking powder
Mix together
In a separate bowl:
½ cup | 100g white sugar
½ cup | 100g brown sugar
¾ cup | 157g soft butter
Then add 1 tbsp Vanilla and 1 egg (don't overmix)
½ cup | 100g chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F | 180C
Mix together the dry ingredients and in a separate bowl the liquid ingredients.
Mix in ½ cup | 100g chocolate of your preference.
Form the dough to about 1,5 to 2 Tbsp sized balls If you have a reliable oven put the cookies in the oven for 8 mins (max 11). They should look slightly undercooked!
