Ingredients
1x meat of your choice -300g beef mince or in my case
8 slices bacon
1x can of chickpeas
1x can of mixed beans
1x can of black beans
2x Campbell's condensed tomato soup
2x brown onions
black pepper, salt, and as much garlic as you have (optional)
spinach
mushrooms
cheddar cheese
Preparation
Big pan, add olive oil and get the baby on high heat. Cut brown onions in half then roughly chop. Add onions to the pan. Place garlic on the cutting board, lay the knife blade flat against it, place a hand on the blade, and crush
Remove the garlic (peel/skin) and finely chop. Add garlic to the pan. If using bacon, cut into cute little squares. Add bacon to a pan. Add salt and mix over high heat, for better results place a lid on top.
Open all cans of beans, place in a colander over the sink, and rinse thoroughly. Set colander aside, add big pot to stove with olive oil in it. Add rinsed beans and fry pan contents to a big pot. (optional) If adding mushrooms and spinach, reuse pan add mushrooms and spinach + 1/4 cup of water and close the lid [makes them cook faster]. Add the final contents of the pan to the pot if adding more ingredients. Mix ingredients with a spoon in the pot
Add condensed tomato soup, and stir in with a spoon. Place heat to medium and keep stirring every 2 minutes for ~45 seconds. Repeat until soup is bubbling. Serve and add cheddar cheese to the top to stir in.
