Ingredients
Dough:
120 g flour
2 tablespoons of melted butter
70 ml water
Filling:
1 chicken breast
green onion
fresh ginger
soy sauce
garlic
sesame seeds
Preparation
Dough:
Mix everything, knead the dough, and let it chill in the fridge. After approx. 30 min. pull it out and make small circles.
Mix diced chicken, chopped green onion, garlic, grated ginger, roasted sesame seeds, approx. 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and pepper. Wrap the mixture in the dough circles and let it cook in steam for 10 mins.
