Ingredients
1 l apple juice
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp cloves
some orange peel (all shapes are fine)
a hint of nutmeg (do not use this if you are allergic to nuts!)
Preparation
1. Set a small pot on the stove, pour all the apple juice into it, and add the spices
2. Bring to a boil, and let boil for 5-10 minutes
3. Pour into a heat-resistant teapot through a strainer so (most) of the spices won't get in
4. Let it cool down a bit so you can drink it but don't let it get cold
NOTE:
Even though it’s called a cider, this is a 100% alcohol-free drink so it isn't a thing you need to worry about.
