Kamajook is a childhood drink of many Estonians, because it is served in schools and kindergartens. It is also very easy to make!

Ingredients
For 4 people:
1 L of drinking yoghurt (can be plain or flavored) or kefir
6 tbsp of kama
If you used plain yoghurt or kefir, then add:
1-2 tbsp of sugar
300 g of sweet berries, mango, whatever you prefer
Preparation
1. Add the kama to flavoured yoghurt, mix thoroughly.
2. Puree together berries or any other fruit of choice with plain drinking yoghurt or kefir, add sugar to your liking. It should taste sweet, but not very sweet.
3. Add kama, mix thoroughly. Enjoy!
