
Ingredients
1/4 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the chili paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Pour the chili paste sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Serve the Spicy Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry over cooked rice or noodles.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions for an extra burst of flavor.
