Ingredients
110 g butter
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons golden syrup
4 teaspoons cocoa
225 g biscuits crushed
1 handful raisins
225 g cooking chocolate
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, syrup, and cocoa. Add the biscuits and raisins when melted. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into a Swiss roll-sized tin and press down. Melt the cooking chocolate and pour over the mixture in the tin.
Put the tin into the fridge and let it sit for 1 hour. To serve, cut into 20 pieces.
