Ingredients
300 g self-rising flour
120 g sugar
120 g Butter
2 yolks
2 tablespoons of milk
vanilla essence
chocolate - optional
Preparation
Mix the melted butter and sugar.
Add yolks, milk, and vanilla essence. Finally, add the flour and leave it to rest in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven, roll out and cut the dough (about 4 mm thick), cut out the hearts with a cutter, and bake the cookies for about 5 minutes.
They should be golden brown at the bottom, but extremely soft on top. As an option, cover half of these with dark chocolate.
