Ingredients
1 sponge cake
raspberry jam
1 tin peaches
a little sherry
½ pt. custard
¼ pt. Cream
glacé cherries
Preparation
Spread the sponge with jam and put it in a large, clear glass bowl.
Drain juice from peaches and mix with a little sherry. Pour over the sponge. Arrange the peaches over the sponge.
Cover with a layer of custard, then top with whipped cream. Decorate with cherries.
